OPARD/SL signed a contract with SALWACO/WORLD BANK through Tonkolili District Council to construct 40 household toilets for the communities of Masengbeh and Macrogba of Youni Chiefdom. 

This project has diversified benefits, it would improve sanitation create employment facilities for the rural youths. Approximately 400 people would benefit from this project and 6 youths gained temporal employment
